 I was previously in 4.9.9. I saw the dashboard message to update to 5.0.1
 which I did but after installation, the editor still looked the same. I
 uninstalled the Classic Editor (which wasn't activated anyway) and that
 made no difference. I uninstalled Gutenberg plugin and still had the
 classic editor look. What's going on? If 5.0 needed to be installed before
 5.0.1 shouldn't this had been enforced properly?
