Comment:

 I think this is an interesting idea and something that we may be able to
 realize in the future. At this time, the way that the data tracking active
 themes is stored does not really support a performant way to maintain and
 display this. I think there's a chance that #37923 will help make this
 more feasible, especially for experimentation in plugins.

 I'm going to close this as a maybe later, we can always revisit in the
 future.
