 Hi @itdoku - thanks for the extra details!

 I tried to recreate this using Browserstack and Internet Explorer 11. The
 menu displayed correctly for me. The only way I could recreate the menu
 issue I see in your PDF is to turn on Compatibility View in the browser
 for my test site.

 Can you please check the Compatibility View Settings of your browser?

 If it is on for your test site, can you please try turning it off and see
 how the menu looks?
