 I experienced this issue earlier. I tried to create a new post/page and it
 displayed a blank white screen.

 The debug log pointed to the fact that the memory allowance was exhausted
 in loading the editor. I upped the memory limit of WP to 256M in wp-
 config.php and could see the page as expected.
