 Advanced Custom Fields does not work properly with 5.0 in that all custom
 fields are shown on all pages even when the logic for that custom field is
 set to an individual page. Also, if you position the custom field "High
 (After Title)" it does not show at all. Installing the Classic Editor
 plugin fixes it.
