 I support this idea because install a plugin means that only add a switch
 but in the future there will be more integration of Gutenberg in the rest
 of wordpress system.

 So in that cases what will happen? I will have to install more plugin to
 revert?

 Maybe at that point is better to think about a LTS version that doesn't
 include at all, this also will require less action to maintain the
 websites.
