 Hi there!

 Please note everything inside `wp-includes/ID3` is part of an external
 library and is not maintained by WordPress core itself.

 That means you'd need to report this upstream at
 https://github.com/JamesHeinrich/getID3. However, documentation for that
 method has already been added, so it will be in core as soon as we update
 the library. This happens from time to time.

 There's already a current ticket for updating the library. See #43836.
