 My web page reads :Fatal error: Namespace declaration statement has to be
 the very first statement in the script in /home3/alicenorman/public_html
 /wp-content/plugins/elementor1/includes/managers/skins.php on line 2.  I
 have the oceanwp them page and was told my elementor plugin was causing
 the problem.  Help I need my webpage for my business.
