 [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ Health Check plugin]
 (inside, go to Health Check -> Debug Information -> Media Handling) and
 copy/paste the information you get here?

 There are a lot of things that can go wrong with image handling, and this
 will help us figure out where it might be happening.
