 As the error message says, this is a server problem and not really a bug
 in WordPress.

 Please try to contact your hosting provider's support as stated in the
 message.

 In the future, support questions like yours are best asked at
 https://wordpress.org/support - unless it explicitly mentions the hosting
 provider's support / live chat, of course. That's always the best option
 in that case :-)
