 Re: [attachment:43473.patch]: As @xkon has already mentioned, the text
 must be split into several translatable strings without any HTML if
 possible.

 Pre-filling the `post_content` might be a bad idea for locales which don't
 get the translation ready in time. Those sites would store the English
 text which means it needs to be manually translated by the editor.
