 [attachment:43481-mailto-links.diff] adds a ''mailto'' link to the
 requester's email-address in {{{WP_Privacy_Data_Removal_Requests_Table}}}
 and {{{WP_Privacy_Data_Export_Requests_Table}}}.

 This could be helpful when we need to write emails to requesters.

 Similar mailto links are on email-addresses in the ''Users'' and
 ''Comments'' admin list tables.
