 To move this forward I guess we need design thinking first :D

 needs to be shown to an Admin when editing his Privacy Policy page along
 with the postbox that gathers all the Policy Texts (from this ticket),
 I've also added some initial thoughts of how we could do this ( on a later
 comment in #43473 ).

 Can you take a look when possible so we can start building this as well?
