 I like the change from `$plugin_name` to `$policy_name`. I am on the fence
 if an additional argument is needed for separate sections.

 I find having both `$name` and `$policy_name` confusing. `$type` or
 `$section` maybe better.

 As we were talking about organisational structure. How are the privacy
 policies ordered? Are they ordered in the order that they are registered?
 I think the WordPress privacy policy should always come to the top and the
 maybe the others should be order alphabetically making it easier to search
 through.
