 In [attachment:43620.policy_url.policy_link_2.diff] renamed
 `get_privacy_policy_link()` to `the_privacy_policy_link()` as it makes
 more sense I suppose and added the `$echo = true` for `echo or return` as
 @birgire mentioned in the previous comments.
