 Worked all weekend on this and it's become apparent to me that in order to
 get this right, it needs to be a three part task.

 1. Feeding in the automated information from plugins - per
 [https://github.com/gdpr-compliance/info/blob/master/Cookies.md]
 2. Feeding in "snippets" which should be written in advance - per
 [https://github.com/gdpr-compliance/info/blob/master/Privacy-policy-
 snippets.md]
 3. Manual input of the required business information - per
 [https://github.com/gdpr-compliance/info/blob/master/Privacy-policy-
 snippets.md]

 We need to think how we achieve this in terms of
 - Language (the words we want people to use)
 - Structure (where we store the words we want them to use)
 - The user experience (how they are prompted to create the notice).
