 From contributor day in WordCamp Madrid 18, I would like to say that
 improving the visibility of the community is a really good idea, as well
 as showing the posibility of being part of this, helping with anything
 that one can provide. How about show the different teams that people could
 be part of? It would be something simple, with icons as in get involved
 but without the descriptions, or with shorter descriptions.
