 ca-bundle.crt (wp-includes/certificates/ca-bundle.crt) has last been
 updated on ```Wed Sep 16 08:58:11 2015```.
 Since then, some certificate authorities have been disabled and new ones
 have been created.
 This ticket is about updating ca-bundle.crt to include these changes.
