 Agreed, lets move on with 12.diff :)

 In 43316.14.diff:
 - As discussed with @rmccue, move the "create revision when autosaving and
 content is significantly different" to a new ticket, #43760.
 - Remove the `delete` endpoint. We shouldn't be deleting revisions, see
 the previous comments and #43709.
