 This is correct, this needs to remain as is, for now, Systems can upgrade
 the version if and when we need it upgraded though it must remain an
 ''exact'' version, currently this is Node.js `8.9.3`

 p.s. nvm is not an available option either at the moment, it may be an
 option once the build server has been upgraded.
