 Wow! I've just realised there's no sane way to get custom avatars working
 in WordPress, other than using some hack-around plugins... That's rather
 sad, as not all clients are happy to create another account somewhere else
 just to get their profile picture working.

 Aso, claiming "our product is an industry standard, and that's it" doesn't
 sound that open-sourcey...
