Comment (by idea15):

 All four of those questions should be answered in the site's privacy
 notice - so if it's a concern, carry it over to one of the trac tickets
 pertaining to that tool.

 Also, remember the RTBF is the right to request it. It is not an
 automatic, universal right to have it done.
