 I've ran into this bug twice now. I try to set a post as sticky from
 WordPress' editor, but after saving nothing happens. It ignores the
 setting and reverts back to non-sticky.

 However, I dug into MySQL and found out the post's ID is indeed set as
 sticky inside wp_options. So I'm not sure what's going on here.

 Any way to debug this? First time I'm opening a bug report here.
