 The larger patch (on gh at https://github.com/allendav/wp-privacy-requests
 ) is the next layer up - which uses this patch to do its work. This patch
 can land by itself. See the README.md on that repo in particular - it
 prompts you to install 43443.4.diff in order to work with the repo.
