 @bryomedia Well that is working on my site, as the posted plugin fixes the
 category-lookup. Instead of just looking at the last part of the URL, then
 it uses the entire URL to determine hierarchy.

 Have the following permalink logic:

 Custom structure: /article/%postname%.html
 Category base: articles
 Tag base:
