 I'd suggest rewording this:

 > [...] what to do if it turns out you can't [...]

 To remove the ''if it turns out'' part. Not as bad as the wording
 highlighted in
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/41191?replyto=77#comment:51 c51]
 but still could be improved.
