 @johnbillion This panel description was part of the patch so I don't think
 it was a carryover from the old themes section. It may be referring to the
 “Installed themes” and “WordPress.org themes” as the filters. But the
 description should probably be fleshed out a bit more to also indicate
 that you can search themes and also filter themes by feature in the
 WordPress.org theme list.
