Comment:

 I've updated the patch. I've added a new file (`/wp-admin/privacy.php`)
 because I don't think tagging on the back of the `freedoms.php` using GET
 parameters is the best way forward. Anyway, the patch I've added updates
 the about section with the new page and I've updated the copy on that page
 as well.

 Thoughts? Would be good to test and get it shipped in 49 as soon as so
 we're not late.
