Comment (by poena):

 Note that the theme review team has not really worked on the directory
 itself, the meta team has.

 Basically, we will not be a road block, just let us know what you need us
 to ask of the theme authors in order for us all to have a better theme
 selection experience.

 We have tried to prepare theme authors that their readme will be parsed in
 a way that is more similar to how the plugins readme is used.
