 Of course we can go this feature plugin route, but without the intention
 of merging it into core, this makes no sense at all. Why should I build
 *another* plugin to do that task? There are already plenty of them:

 "I have problems with installing plugins." - "Okay, we need more details
 about your setup, please inst..." Oops. ;)
