 The query you have highlighted is not the same as the one causing the
 trouble. I have checked your screenshot and I can't see the same type of
 query into it. This is probably why you aren't seeing the issue.

 Maybe try to make it hierarchical taxonomy and make the call at the
 deepest level as this is the only way I can see the issue.
