Comment:

 I think the existing string fits better in that context.

 On the first screenshot, the meta box has a clear Tags label, so the hint
 simply says how the tags should be separated (because "Tags, separated by
 commas" would be redundant).

 On the second screenshot, it's not immediately clear what should be
 entered, so the hint starts with "Page IDs". The suggested "Separate page
 IDs with commas" string would be less clear.
