Comment:

 It is now 2017. 6 years has passed. Are we absolutely certain this issue
 is fixed?

 There is no perceived time of publishing on the post editing UI. It is
 just a good old "Immediate" which in our case (it seems) publishes at the
 post creation time.

 So if I started a post in July and I hit the publish button in August,
 "Immediate" will be July date.

 Why this button economy? Why not having two buttons: "Publish NOW" and
 "Schedule the publishing"

 I am sure this is hotly debated in some forum, but I have no time to look
 it up.
