 With [41361] the only thing holding us back from adding embeds to Text
 widgets is (1) caching oEmbed responses somewhere else than postmeta (this
 ticket), and (2) incorporating `WP_Embed::run_shortcode()` logic into
 `WP_Widget_Text::widget()`.
