 Another thing I'd appreciate feedback on is the heuristic nature of the
 mod.

 Notice that, when the attachment is an image, the query does a
 `_wp_attachment_metadata LIKE xxx`.  Does anyone have any ideas for how to
 make the query any more "exact"?
