 Hi @kristyrae21! It sounds like you're either using a plugin to create
 this masquerading feature, or it was something custom built for you.
 WordPress doesn't have this functionality built-in.

 If you're using a plugin, you'll want to get in touch with the plugin
 author, or post on https://wordpress.org/support/. If your site was built
 for you, you'll want to contact the people that built it.
