 Testing to provide a reproducible test case which can be actioned would be
 appreciated.
 More bug reports saying it's been run into, or providing PHP Warning
 notices from logs does nothing to advance this ticket.
 If a test case and example code which can be used to reliably test this
 without breaking existing code can be provided, there'll be some further
 movement here. I've personally looked at a few sites, most of whom "fixed
 themselves" before I could actually inspect any issues.
