 I'd recommend that you enabled WP_DEBUG and see if there are any errors on
 your site about redeclaring that constant. It may be defined as `false`
 earlier on in the code.

 Failing that, your best bet is to post on the wordpress.org/support forums
 and hopefully a volunteer will try to help you out.
