Yep.

case with grammar, but is factually inaccurate, to the best of my
knowledge.
Yah, I can see how this could be confusing. I'll see what we can do about
clarifying it.

This was changed because "personally identifiable information" has special
meaning in the GDPR, while also being open to interpretation by the
supervisory authorities. Once the GDPR has come into force and some test
cases have been run, we'll have a better idea of exactly what wording we
can use here, I think.
