 With 42184.2.diff applied I still see something not working correctly, to
 reproduce:
 - force FTP
 - customizer > change theme > .org themes
 - click on any theme "Install & Preview" button
 - the FTP credentials modal opens
 - close the modal
 - click on the '''same theme''' previously clicked "Install & Preview"
 button
 - nothing happens
