 I don't think renaming the zip file is a very good user experience. If
 someone selects `preferred-languages.zip` to upload, and then you go and
 rename this to `RandomName.zip`, it's going to cause confusion. The user
 isn't going to be expecting their filename to get changed and if they see
 a different filename being displayed and uploaded, from the one they
 selected, it's going to cause them concern.
