 @westonruter, thank you for the patch, however we just tried applying it
 in our environment and cleared our cookies, but the problem persists. We
 have a multisite environment running in Word press 4.7.2. We are NOT
 running WP Super Cache. The plugins we have active are:

 * Akismet
 * Google Analytics by Yoast
 * iThemes Security
 * MCE Table Buttons
 * Shortn.It
 * User Switching
 * WordPress MU Domain Mapping

 Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide to help
 work toward a resolution. Thank you!
