 I'm happy to try it on my large WordPress Multisite (post-new.php
 currently takes 12.65 seconds to load).

 But please forgive my ignorance, I don't know the proper way to implement
 that diff file. I'm comfortable enough in SSH, but I don't know the proper
 commands.
