 See the attached screenshot, the two translation strings can (should) be
 merged into string.

 The two old strings:

 * `Sorry, you are not allowed to manage options for this site.`
 * `Sorry, you are not allowed to manage these options.`

 The new string:

 * `Sorry, you are not allowed to manage options.`
