 [attachment:21819.3.diff] incorporates the changes from
 [attachment:21819.2.diff] and adds a method to
 `wp.media.controller.Library` which filters any contextually created
 attachments (e.g. headers, logos, etc.) out of the media library.
 @adamsilverstein do you know of a better way to handle that part?
