 At present it is very difficult to reproduce the same behavior in
 Wordpress and not particularly effective ( nor beautiful ) hacks are
 suggested as:

 In previous comments this ''feature'' has been called "issue", "problem"
 and "bug".
 It is my opinion that it is appropriate to have the ability to change the
 separator, per taxonomy.
