 Yes, I'd replaced the `.woff` with the `.woff2`, that won't work though
 based on the need to keep `.woff` support for IE11 per the Slack chat

 Yes, I think this is the best solution, get the dashicons grunt build to
 build a "package" that can be "dropped" into core.
