 In [attachment:41316.7.diff]:

 - Change the "Download Today" button text to "Install Today".
 - Fix a bug where the box wasn't shown when a new user logged in (and
 fixed the same bug with the Welcome box).
 - Check that the plugin is active before offering the "Try Today" button.

 Also, see the screenshot ☝🏻 for an example of how it looks without the
 button. Any thoughts on putting extra text in there?
