 Hi,
 When I'm trying to edit links with visual editor on any chromium-based
 browser (Opera, Vivaldi and Google Chrome), the editor doesn't respond at
 all

 But at the same time the link editor works perfectly on Microsoft Edge and
 Mozilla Firefox
