Comment:

 Worth to mention that [41198] has also removed the `froogaloop` script
 which may be used by plugins/themes.

 I guess this needs a dev note. @rafa8626 are you interested in writing a
 dev note (see [https://make.wordpress.org/core/4-8/ examples]) for the
 MediaElement update?
